Shetoldme google adsense revenue sharing site- Will you get rich from shetoldme

As all my readers know I love google adsense revenue sharing sites, and I join all the new ones and test them out to see which one brings me the most google adsense revenue. The most recent google adsense revenue sharing site I have joined is called shetoldme.

Shetoldme is basically like a Digg type site which shares 100% of your google adsense clicks on one of the ads(the one beside the title of your scoop)appearing on all of your scoops. You can submit news, stories, and videos to shetoldme. When you submit your scoop to shetoldme it will appear on the upcoming section, where users can vote for it. If your scoop received a large number of votes, it will appear on the front page of the home page. Appearing on the front page means more traffic, and more traffic means more earnings. You can also earn 100% google adsense from an ad that appears on your referrals sccops, specifically the google adsense ad beside the tags of their scoop.

I personally believe that shetoldme will grow in time and whilst I have not earned anything from there yet, it has brought traffic to several of my blogs, squidoo lenses and websites. Traffic is the thing you need to build up your following, improve your alexa rank, get advertising deals , sell affiliate products and make money, therefore shetoldme is more than about the google adsense earnings. I get paid for traffic from one of my ad networks, so it earns me money in an indirect way.

Would I recommend anyone with a blog to join shetoldme, FOR SURE, join here

Triond.com Updates- Google adsense, referrals and increased earnings

There is no better time to get a high paying freelance writing job coming up to Christmas and Triond may be just what you are looking for.

I have previously discussed whether Triond was worth it or not and now I have come to the conclusion it is. There are two reasons for this, firstly the introduction of google adsense on our Triond articles and secondly a referral scheme. Google adsense was added to triond articles around the end of October and with a small number of articles at Triond I can say I have received some clicks already making Triond a high paying freelance writing job in my book. Remember if you have a google adsense account to add www.triond.com to your URL channels to monitor daily impressions and clicks. I am getting clicks and have a small volume of readers so my ctr is very good. This gives me more incentive to write more articles for Triond and increase my earnings at this high paying freelance writing site. As you know anything that involves google adsense gets me interested.

Secondly a referral scheme has been introduced to Triond whereby you get 10% of your referral earnings. This is a good way to increase your passive income. I believe in helping my referrals when I recruit them so that they too can be successful. If you like the idea of Triond and want me to help you growing your downline as well as help you get more pageviews, Join TRIOND.COM here and leave a comment below and I will get back to you.

November Earnings Report- see how much money I made in October 2009

My freelance writing earnings are dropping month by month. I am not happy about this and am trying to put more effort in this month.

Google adsense continues to pay me monthly but my last high of just over £250 has not been met since. This month I earned £165.64.

Google adsense earnings breakdown:-

Xomba £82.61, pity here is I lost my account. But I am still earning google adsense on previous posts. I am also considering opening a new account.

Webanswers £69.48. Another great month at webanswers as the admin continue to develop and improve the site.

Infobarrel $4.04. Not bad for only writing 11 articles on this site, and a massive increase for last month's infobarrel earnings. I am planning on adding a few more articles to my account. Possibly aim for another 4-6 articles this month and see if I can earn £10.

Hubpages £1.19. A drop in earnings here which disappoints me considering I did two new hubs. Must try harder on this site. But some sites work better for others I guess.

Other writing sites which are paying me include:-

Squidoo $1.15. Squidoo used to pay me over $10 monthly but I abandoned this site until this week. What I like about squidoo is the fact that you can also experiment with affiliate marketing. Additionally it is great for those with websites as it lts you create high pr backlinks. I am planning to draw up several lens over the next month and see if I can generate some ebay or amazon sales.

Helium $15
Triond $0.64
Adsdaq $3.62- an advertising site which pays me for US traffic on my webpages.

Aims for November are to continue writing for google adsense, as well as squidoo and my websites. Monthly earning aim for November is £200, as I am charged at 40% tax this will net me £120.

October Earnings report- see what I earned in September 2009

I have not had as much time online recently due to the birth of my first niece two weeks ago. Work and other aspects of life in general are meaning I am spending less and less time online in my pursuit of a $1000 month from google adsense.

Despite this my online earnings are still very respectable in their own right given the lack of time and effort being put in.

I no longer write on my writing sites but they do still continue to pay me so I will mention them here

Triond 50 cents
Helium $15
Adsdaq $6.11

And as usual my biggest earner was google adsense which brought me in £218
I have been spending some time trying to write for higher paid keywords and popular topics.

Xomba £113 This is the most I have earned on Xomba in a long time due to me writing on more high paying keywords.

Webanswers £73.97, Webanswers paid its users $6000 in September so that is a good thing to entice me into answering more questions

Footy Blog £23.38 Best amount earned on my footy blog

Hubpages £3.60 A record amount on hubpages. Hubpages has a great alexa rank and this should encourage me to write more

Generic blog £ 1.78

Infobarrel £1.30

Other google adsense earnings come from odds and ends.

Probably the biggest thing for me is the fact that I now have to pay tax on my google adsense earnings, and even worse is the fact that it is 40% tax.

With regards to this month I am not going to set any aims or goals and am going to try and do as much as I can. So far my online earnings have allowed me to purchase £500 of premium bonds so you cannot beat that.

September Earnings Report- what i earned in August

Its the beginning of September and as the summer draws to a close it is time for me to detail how much I earned in August. I will keep this short and sweet.

Adsdaq - $8.71 an improvement on July's earnings. Trying to get up to $10 this month

Triond - 55 cents. I no longer write at Triond

Helium - $15.07. I no longer write at Helium. I may write there in the future but for the moment I am very busy with google adsense and my collection of blogs.

Google Adsense Earnings - £228.69 ($369.67)
Here is a breakdown on what is earning me my google adsense revenue

Webanswers - £109.71

Xomba - £83.32

Infobarrel - £2.88 Not bad considering I wrote 10 articles at the beginning of August, and have only been approved for 3 weeks. I plan to use infobarrel much more in the future to build up page rank of my blogs. The great thing about Infobarrel is that it allows do follow links in your articles and I have noticed some blog traffic coming from my articles.

Hubpages - £0.82 A site which I have not fully exploited, and one which I plan to use for increasing page rank and backlinks to my blog also. Hubpages has an amazing traffic rank and ranks very well in search engines.

The rest of my google adsense revenue and earnings came from my blogs

Total amount earned in August was $394.

I am pleased even though it is down from last month. However I do expect September to top both July and August's earnings

Just received my third google adsense payment

I am very pleased today as I checked my bank account and realised I had received my third google adsense payment by electronic funds transfer. In my opinion this is one of the best ways to receive your google adsense earnings as it saves you the hassle of having to visit your bank to cash or lodge your checks. Receiving your google adsense earnings via electronic funds transfer is available for a range of countries and currencies. Check out google help to see if it is available for you.

For those interested I received £252 ($421) from google adsense and while this month I have not reached the dizzy highs of last month I am still very pleased with my continued success with google adsense.

A big thanks to google for my third google adsense payment.

How earn dollars with Xomba

Xomba is one of the best google adsense revenue sharing sites and if you are not a member I suggest you join. However I for one was not convinced when I joined at the start as I earned very very little. I went away clicked on some ptc sites for a while and got paid a few dollars and thought this is so easy. Before long ptc sites turned to scams and I stopped getting paid. It was then I realised that google adsense and Xomba were the things I was looking for to make money all along.

I decided to investigate Xomba and created a few posts and sure enough earned some cents. The breakthough came one day when I earned over $10 from one post, I sat up and thought this site is for real. I dont make $10 everyday from Xomba, but I do try and post 2 or maybe 3 xomblurbs a day there. This month so far I have made $82 with Xomba, pretty good considering there are another 11 days left this month. Xomba alone will earn me enough to receive a google adsense check and I use other sites as well as Xomba. So how do you know what to post at Xomba, I mean there is just so much information on the net.

1) Post something you are interested in. No point posting about plastic surgery if you dislike it and know nothing about it.

2) Look at google trends. For example coming up to Valentines day you may wish to post links to site that offer valentines day flowers, chocolates, poems, cards etc. Millions and millions of people will be searching for this information, so if you write a catchy title and good content, chances are they may land on your post

3) Monitor your posts. Everytime you write a xomblurb or xombyte, add it's URL to your google adsense channels and monitor the impressions and clicks. If it gets no impressions or clicks, go back and edit it, perhaps chance some keywords. However if it does get many impressions, write something similar. Currently I am writing many many xomblurbs on sports and monitoring them, if I see something does well I repeat the process over and over.

4) Promote your work. Xomba has a very high alexa rank, in the top 2000, but if you want more visitors to your work, then add xomblurbs and xombytes to social networks such as reddit, propeller and so forth. If you visit social marker then are many many social networks advertised there.

5) Write often and as much as possible. The more you write generally the more you will earn. It is sometimes good to stick to the same niches too, so if someone ends up on one of your posts and wants to explore more they may end up on another of your posts.

6) Use keywords with little direct competition. If you pick popular keywords that are not used by other sites then your post will rank higher in the search engines.

I full recommend Xomba to all thos wishing to earn some google adsense revenue. However patience is the key and some things work better for some people compared to others, but you will not know unless you try. Join Xomba here and let me help you.

Updates on my freelance writing progress

Firstly two apologies, one is for the fact that I have not posted here for a few weeks now, and two is for the fact that my blogger template went a bit funny on me today, hope it is fixed now and people can read my blog again.

As the months have been progressing I have been putting more effort into google adsense and my blogs, and diverting away from freelance writing sites such as Helium, and so forth, not that there is anything wrong with these sites. I just felt for the amount of effort I was putting in I deserved more of a monetary reward and decided to investigate google adsense.

My google adsense earnings are slightly down this month but I am pleased to report I still have earned a few hundred dollars from there this month. I will be posting my earnings in depth in another 10 days or so. I love learning more and more about google adsense and what things get me the most traffic and indeed earnings. Other big news is the fact that me and two colleagues are in discussions to create our own google adsense revenue sharing site, and hopefully this will be live sometime soon, will keep you posted.

Thats me for now, just wanted to let you know I am still around and still very much working with freelance writing specifically google adsense. Next post I am going to give you some tips on how to succeed and earn some dollars with Xomba.

August- Earnings report

I cannot believe it is the 1st August already so it is time once again to update my readers with my July earnings, and what a fabulous month I had.

Firstly I did not write anything for Helium, Triond or Associated Content as I am concentrating on google adsense. However I managed to do much better on all three sites this month earning wise.

Helium earned me $17.20 for pageviews alone. Now I really wish I had written something on Helium to boost my earnings to $25.

Triond earned me $0.76, so I will receive a small payment from there

Associated Content earned me $1.70, so I qualify for a payment from there too

Adsdaq, the new advertising I have on all my blogs, earned me $6.88, a massive improvement on last months, however still not enough for the $50 payment.

I have saved the best to last, google adsense earned me $421. I am still experiencing great success with my google adsense revenue sharing sites, plus I have started some more niche blogs. I am going to have a hard time this month beating last months total!!

Total earnings $447.54, almost three times last months earnings!!

How to win a writing contest

I have been posting details of free writing contests on my blog for a while now, so I thought it was time I should perhaps give you some tips on how to win a writing contest, or rather how to win many writing contests.

The first thing to remember is that you should only enter writing contests on which you are knowledgeable and/or passionate about. If you enter a writing contest where you have no knowledge or time for research then you run the risk of not winning or even getting placed. This will do your morale no good. So if you are interested in sport and you see a writing contest on sports make sure you enter it.

Secondly read the rules of the writing contest. If your entry is to be no longer than 400 words make sure it is no longer. You do not want to get a perfectly good article banned from a writing contest because it is too long. You should also make sure you have your submission well in before the closing date incase of any unexpected last minute hitches.

Thirdly spend time on your writing contest submission. Edit it to the death. Plan it out, draw a spider diagram with all the relevant information required, and make sure you include it.

Next relax and enjoy writing your contest submission. If you stress out too much this may come through in your contest entry.

If you have a mentor let them see your writing contest submission and ask them for criticism. Take this criticism well, and remember they are only doing it to improve your writing.

Finally if you do not win this writing contest there is always next time. I find it a better idea to enter free writing contests that have 1st-3rd placings so that you are not out any money to take part and if you do not win then there is a chance you may get a cash prize for coming second or third.

Good luck and I hope you win some writing contests.

Infopirate update- blocked account

I was very disappointed to notice my infopirate account has been blocked. If you remember infopirate was a google adsense sharing site I was singing the praises of not so long ago. I made an enormous amount of money from Infopirate earlier today and then when I checked my infopirate account I notice my account has been blocked. I emailed infopirate several times to try and get the matter sorted, but I am not hopeful. My blogger buddy friend also had his account blocked after receiving tens of dollars in earnings.

I hope this is not the end of my time with infopirate but I will continue to use my other google adsense revenue sharing sites, and strive to earn money from google adsense. Hopefully this problem will not have a negative effect on my google adsense account.

I will keep you all informed.

Google adsense -my first check!!

I have received my first google adsense check for £74.60 ($122) and I am delighted. It took me around 13 months to earn enough for my first google adsense check, and I did this by writing on several blogs and by using xomba and hubpages. However I am pleased to say I earned enough for my google adsense second check last month alone.

As I learn more about google adsense and google adsense revenue sharing sites I am increasing my google adsense earnings on a daily basis. I plan to spend time on google adsense revenue sharing sites including webanswers, infopirate and xomba, as well as updating my multitude of blogs.

I also plan to receive a google adsense check each and every month, and may consider updating my google adsense payment to be deposited directly into my bank account.

July Earnings Report

Well summer is well and truly here, and with it comes another update on my earnings. All I can say is things are definately looking up for me.

Helium $26 - I was not that active here, and did not write that much but still to come away with $26 is pretty good. The main reason is the increase in page view revenue I seen this month. I got just under $12 for page views.

Triond 77 cents - As I discussed previously, is Triond worth my freelance writing time? I have definately concluded that it is not and I no longer write for Triond. There are many other freelance writing sites to keep me busy.

Associated Content - 62 cents. Associated content is not a great payer for international writers in my opinion. I only write 7 or so articles at Helium a month and yet I manage to around 40 times more.

Adsdaq $1.53- This is a new ad network I have started using. The good news is it can be used on the same page as adsense. Here you display different banners and are paid for US impressions. My traffic is not that great yet but I can see the potential of this ad network and earned over 40 cents one day recently. They payout through paypal when your account has reached $50.

Google Adsense $125 - I saved the best for last, a google adsense record for me. My google adsense earnings are up more than 100% from last month. This is a combination of different things, firstly I have increased my participation in webanswers, xomba and infopirate. Secondly I have updated my blogs more often, and finally I have tracked my adsense channels and seen what made me money. I am currently waiting on my first google adsense check, and now I am glad to have made payout for my second.

Total monthly earnings = around $154, my best month's earnings as yet

Infopirate -another way to earn google adsense revenue

As I strive to earn more and more with google adsense I am always joining new google adsense revenue sharing sites. I was told about infopirate by someone on Xomba, and by the way Xomba still rocks massively for contributely to my adsense earnings.

I joined infopirate a few weeks ago and stupidly added my google adsense id incorrectly into my infopirate account. Please remember to include the ca-pub-, before your publisher number. Infopirate lets you write blogs and add bookmarks. I primarily use the bookmarking feature to draw traffic to my blogs, and it works. I havent posted anything onto infopirate in a week but as soon as I added my adsense publisher number, correctly and monitored my infopirate account in my adsense account, I could see some clicks. I would say this site is well worth it,as brings you traffic and google adsense revenue, what more could you want.

You can add bookmarks in various topics including health, sports, entertainment, business and finance, technology, and many more topics. The good news is that by adding your bookmarks to infopirate you earn 80% of the revenue generated by them, yep 80%. Pretty good for a google adsense revenue sharing site, as most share no more than 60%.

Make more money with adsense, join infopirate today. You get 10% of referral earnings, so if anyone joins under me, leave a comment here and I will help you as best I can.

How to write a complaint email

I am just back from a 5 day break in sunny Portugal, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However I paid extra for a poolside view which I did not get. While the apartment and rest of the holiday was fantastic I do not appreciate paying for something and then not receiving it. Therefore I am writing an email of complaint to the holiday company. I decided to write a post on how to write an email of complaint. If you go about writing a email of complaint the correct way you will surely be reimbursed, whereas if you do not you may not even get a response.

Firstly when sending an email of complaint, start your email with something positive. In my case I am going to say what an excellent holiday I had, and how I was pleased with most of the package. In the next sentence then I will state what I paid for, ie an apartment with a poolside view. I will then go on to say I did not receive this and that I understand there is a massive demand for such a feature but at the same time I feel that I should have been granted what I paid for. Finally it is good to ask for some compensation in as nice as way possible and also mention that you would like to continue using the company in the future as you were pleased with everything else.

When writing a email of complaint make sure you keep your tone polite but to the point. Include any necessary facts and if possible attach any related documents, such as receipts, booking numbers, etc to help strenghten your complaint. If you do not receive a reply from your email of complaint within a week then send another email with a firmer tone.

Health writers needed- high paying writing jobs

Freelance writers are always on the lookout for high paying writing and high paying ghostwriting jobs. I have found four high paying writing jobs which will suit those writers who write in the health niche. These writing jobs pay $52 each for articles of 600 words in length, that equivalents to just over 8 cents per word. Why not write to all four titles and have a chance of earning $208 for 2400 words work.

Here are the details of the 4 high paying ghostwriting jobs:-

Options for diagnosing and treating chronic pain

This article should look at current treatments for chronic pain and promising treatments on the horizon. Look also at typical causes of chronic pain and how it is diagnosed.

What do the most popular health supplements do?

What are the top five health supplements in use today? Ginko? St.-John's-wort? Write a brief discussion of each of the five top supplements, the supposed benefits of each, and any warnings or contraindications about using the supplement.

Ways to manage cancer pain

How massage is used as medicine

There are two days left before the publisher decides which articles to select. The good news is that there are not many competing articles for these high paying ghost writing jobs. Get in now and earn the $52.

Triond payment received but still not worth it

I have been a member of Triond for a over year now and I ahve to say out of all my freelance writing sites this one pays the least. I have added a few new articles this month, and with 25 articles on this site I have managed to accumulate 42 cents in Triond earnings for the first two weeks in June. Sorry to Triond fans but my time is worth much more than that. I recently posted one of my articles on three of my writing sites and as usual Helium is paying me alot more than Triond and Associated Content put together. With 99 articles on Helium I have over $5 this month so far in page views, and also have earned some upfront payments.

You may ask why do I still use Triond, and the main reason is the low payout, and the fact that you do not have to request it. It is just deposited into your paypal account on the 15th of every month. I do doubt whether any freelance writers are earning more than a hundred dollars a month on triond, whereas I know at Helium this is very plausible.

So am I going to say goodbye to Triond yet, well probably not. They still have some of my articles, and I may as well collect the monthly payments no matter how small they are. I doubt though I will spend anymore time writing for them unless they decide to increase their page view revenue or else offer an upfront payment.

For the record I managed to get paid $1.12 from Triond this month, not great.

Helium.com- updates and best earning article

As all my freelance writer job readers know I write for Helium. Recently I have not had as much time to dedicate to my freelance writing on this site, however my daily revenue sharing is increasing by the day. This month already I have over $4 earnings in pageviews, not bad considering I have only written one article. I do plan to add at least another 5 articles by the end of the month in order to help me achieve my fourth writing star.

I got brilliant news today that I sold one of my published articles for $5. I have no idea which article it is yet, all I know is that the article remains at Helium.com and I can still earn daily page views on it as well as the fact that another publisher can buy it. This is my first article sold to stock content, and I hope it is the first of many.

As for my articles, I have had great success with a few titles this month namely Birthday presents for a boyfriend, which has earned me over $1 a month and looks set to beat that this month, and my best ever article Sites for freelance writers to earn money

In my opinion Helium is one of the most stable writing communities where you can make a few extra hundred dollars a month by being a freelance writer. I plan to increase my freelance writing earnings on this site, as I am now saving all my paypal earnings for forex trading.

High paying ghostwriter jobs

A ghostwriter is a freelance writer who is hired to write books, articles, and manuscripts, without actually having their name on the work in the form of a byline. This means you basically do the writing and someone else puts their name on it. This may not sound fair and is not a good idea for those wishing to build up a writing portfolio, but it is a very high paying writing job. Therefore before you say ghostwriting is not for you, take time to sit back and work out if the money you are being paid is actually worth it.

Ghostwriters are some of the highest paid freelance writers out there. I have done a general browse around and found some of the high paying ghostwriting jobs to prove my point. One example on elance is a ghostwriter required to rewrite a first draft of a book around 250 pages. The client is willing to pay the selected ghostwriter up to $5000, thats around $20 per page just for rewriting. The job does state that there is no research required. Pretty easy money, here is the link to the ghostwriting job. Better be quick it shuts tomorrow. Another ghostwriting job which is still open is here. They will pay you up to $15 an hour, which is reasonably good freelance writing pay, for 10 hours a week. You could even fit all those hours into one day and make the $150 daily. This ghostwriter will be required to write blog posts, and articles deemed suitable for magazines.

In summary the benefits of being a ghostwriter are the high pay and the experience and knowledge and possibly further freelance writing work you acquire by being a ghostwriter. However the disadvantages are the fact that someone else is taking the credit for your work, and by being a ghostwriter your writing portfolio will never develop. I think I shall try and include some high paying ghostwriter jobs in my regular high paying freelance writing job posts from now on.

June Earnings Report

It has come that time of the month again when I let my readers know how much I earned for all the writing activities I done in May. I will start off with my biggest success of the month, which was google adsense. This month I managed to earn my highest ever adsense amount, $49.59, which means I am not awaiting my first google adsense check! This is over double of last month's earnings, and most of this was earned at the beginning of the month. My google adsense earnings are largely attributed to xomba, a freelance writing site which pays you 50% of your adsense earnings. My other writing site earnings are a little disappointing, largely due to the fact that I was on holiday twice and that I was so overwhelmed by my google adsense earnings.

Helium yet again was my best freelance writing site. Here I earned $7.72 in pageviews, which is great considering I wrote very little all month. I earned $1.07 from Associated Content, and only 60 odd cents from Triond. As I only wrote a few articles at Helium I only earned $5 in upfront payments, which is my lowest for some time. I am also pleased to report that I received $2 from entrecard, and my freelance writer job blog is now pr 1!! Onwards and upwards.

As for this month I have another holiday planned so my freelance writing may have to take a back seat. I am also busy with my stock trading. I will find it hard to top my google adsense earnings, but will try. As for Helium I really must do more articles, and improve my writing score. I will aim for $10 in page views from Helium, $1 from Triond and $2 from Associated Content.

Elance- your source of high paying writing jobs

Throughout the internet there are many freelance writing jobs available and one such source of freelance writing jobs is elance. Elance is an online job site where you can bid on many different jobs including writing and translation jobs. Here you get to set your own hourly rate and decide what jobs to apply for.

Initially you may have to bid on lower paying writing jobs in order to build up your positive feedback, but as soon as you have earned a good reputation the number of high paid freelance writing jobs you will get will increase. The good news is that there are a large number of high paid writing jobs on elance, where buyers will pay writers a substantial amount for SEO articles.

I just done a browse on Elance and found several high paying writing jobs:-

Business coaching focusing on financials- this client is looking for a financial ghostwriter to help them write a book which focuses on how small businesses can make their business more efficient and profitable. If you understand financial terminology then this freelance writing job could be for you. Even better is the fact that it will pay between $5000-$10000. I class this is a very high paid freelance writing job.

Travel ghostwriter - this client is looking for a ghostwriter to write 93 pages for a travel website. He is looking for 44 pages on 44 articles on holiday itineraries, five guides on specific areas, and 44 articles on the most unusual things to do in that country. You can bid on the whole writing job or on part of it. The total amount for the job is set at greater than $1000. Nice change for someone who is interested in travel ghostwriting.

If you are looking for a long term high paying freelance writing job then the long term SEO writer job may be just your thing. Articles here must be 150-400 words and on the topic of gambling. Gambling experience is preferred. Payment here is between $1000-5000, and is a modest amount for a freelance writing job.

If you are into Real Estate then there is a Real Estate related writer needed which pays between $1000-5000.

Next time I will be back with an update on my freelance writing earnings for May.

Textbroker - high paying writing job for US only

Textbroker is another of those paying writing jobs that is only available to US residents. Textbroker pays you per word depending on your writing quality, and here are the writing payments rates

2 star writers get 0.7 cent per word, so writing one thousand words daily would earn you $7
3 star writers get 1 cent per word, so writing one thousand words daily earns them $10
4 star writers get 1.4 cent per word, so writing one thousand words earns them $14
5 star writers get a modest 5 cents per word, so writing one thousand words earns them $50.

$50 a day for one thousand words is a reasonable amount for a freelance writer to be paid, although in order to become a 5 star freelance writer at textbroker you will need to ensure that your written articles are of the highest quality with no spelling mistakes, typos or grammatical errors. Writing quality is calculated over your previous 5 articles. However if you are a 5 star writer and you choose a level two article then you will be paid as a level 2 writer, ie 1 cent per word, so please ensure you take this into account when writing to certain articles.

Textbroker also lets you set your own payment rate, so that you can bypass bidding for article jobs, although textbroker charges a 25% commission fee, so take this into account when setting your price. Textbroker pays you once your accoutn reaches $10.

By using the different ways to earn Textbroker can turn into a nicest enough paying writing job.

Freelance writer jobs updates - adsense, and flipping

While I was away in Glasgow I managed to reach payout with google adsense. I have had another very successful month with google adsense and as a result my other freelance writing sites are most definately suffering. This month so far I have made over $40 with google adsense, and there is still another week left. I will have to wait until the second or third week of June before I receive my first adsense check but you can be certain when I get it I will update my freelance writer jobs readers with the good news. In the meantime I will continue to work on all my google adsense sites and make my adsense check a little fatter.

I am constantly planning how to increase my freelance writings earnings with as little effort as possible and I am considering either doing some squidoo lens flipping or website flipping, but as squidoo is free and does not require a paid domian name or hosting, I may try it first. The plan will be to select high paying popular keywords and then create several lens around these keywords. I will create the squidoo lens from scratch and then add backlinks to the squidoo lens and work on them until they reach the first page of google for their particular keyword. I will then charge at least $25 per squidoo lens. If I could work at a steady pace and do several squidoo lens a week after a few months I should be able to manage to sell a few squidoo lens on a weekly basis. If my squidoo lens were really good I could perhaps sell them for $50 or even more depending on the keywords used.

Off I go to my google adsense sharing sites. I am going to write SEO articles in order to help my google adsense revenue on its way

High paying freelance writing jobs - updated

I firstly have to apologise for my delay in posting on freelance writer jobs but I have been firstly to Glasgow for a shopping trip and then on a sun holiday in Spain. But now I am back to update freelance writer jobs.

If you are a freelance writer then you will want the highest paid writing jobs possible, after all time is money. One of the best places to look for high paying writing jobs is Helium Marketplace. Now I know most people associate Helium as a low payer but if you use the marketplace and are successful in selling your articles then you are onto a winner. If you submit several articles to the Marketplace and do not get any sales then you will still be paid an upfront payment (provided you have a writing and rating star)as well as page view payments, so it is a win win situation.

This week there are many high paying writing jobs in the marketplace, lets take a look.

Best foods to fight stress 1000 words, payment is $48, so this works out at $4.80 per hundred words, respectable enough considering helium.com normally pay at best $3.50 per 400 words.

Sick- when should you stay home, another 1000 words required for $48

Natural allergy remedies - 1000 words paying $48

Creative methods legal employers can use to retain diverse attorneys, a modest $34 for 600 words, which works out at almost $6 per hundred words

There are well over 20 high paying writing jobs on this site this week and if you write to several of them then you increase your chances of selling an article. Most of these high paying writing jobs are based on health topics so if you like me are an avid health writer get writing. I may write to a few of these titles and if my articles are not selected I can re use them and post them for sale on sites like dailyarticles, and constant content. Plus they will earn me an upfront payment,

Monthly earning report May 2009

It has come to the beginning of a new month and I have decided to start telling my freelance writer jobs readers how much I am earning. Hopefully as the months go by you will see my earnings increase.

The month on a whole was down from last month due to closure of a high paid forum I was doing very well with. Apart from this my biggest success this month was adsense, where I earned almost 4 times what I earned in March, so I am very pleased. As a result of this I am exploring more and more paid advertisement networks. See my next post for a review on a brand new site I have just joined!

Back to my earnings :-

Helium.com was lower this month with me earning $41.69. Hopefully I will obtain my fourth writing star this month and increase my earnings to at least $50.

Associated Content has not updated pageviews for a few days now but I envisage my earnings to be around $2.65 from there, which is a record earning month from AC. I plan to increase this amount to $5 this month.

Google Adsense is my biggest success this month with me earning $23.42. In May I hope to break this record but could be difficult as I shall be away from a pc for a full week in May.

Triond was also very low at 47 cents. If I am being honest Triond is one of the lowest paid writing sites and I do not spend very much time there anymore.

So my plans for May are to write more Helium and Associated Content articles, spend more time on my website, blogs, xomba and webanswers and to increase my earnings and explore new opportunities for freelance writers and bloggers.

Webanswers - another google adsense revenue sharing site

I thought I would share with my readers another site that pays you through google adsense. The site has been around for a few years and is called webanswers.com. It is very similar in format to yahoo answers but with a massive difference, IT PAYS you to provide answers to questions.

You can sign up to the site and after you have posted 10 answers or two awarded answers you are invited to add your google adsense account. By awarded answers I mean answers that the person asking the question has selected as the best answer. These awarded answers are what earn you google adsense revenue. For every awarded question you gain you earn 60% of the adsense revenue on the page where your awarded answer is posted.

There are many different categories on the site from health, to pregnancy, relationships, finance and real estate. Questions are being asked every minute so why not join this site and share what you know. You will not see any earnings immediately but if you gain a few awarded answers here and there the residual income will start to appear. You only earn residual income for one year after your answer has been awarded.

Additionally webanswers also pay you adsense revenue on the site depending on your quality score. If you write high quality posts on a frequent basis and receive a large percentage of rewards then you could gain additional google adsense revenue on other areas of the site as well as on your awarded answers page. In order to improve your quality score make sure your spelling and grammar are without fault, your information is detailed and accurate and in your own words, and you answer the question asked.

I have just started this evening and have posted 12 answers and added my google adsense account so that any earnings can be added to my adsense account. I am very hopeful as this site paid out $2100 to users last month, and the top earners are reported to earn over $500 a month with google adsense from webanswers.com.

Writing contests provide a great way to showcase your talents to clients and publishers. If you are a fiction writer then you may wish to take part in some short story contests. Freelance writers - what do you spend your earnings on

Some freelance writers work full time at their freelance writing whereas others do it as a hobby for some dollars at the end of the month. I fall into the second category, but what things can freelance writing income pay for? Well basically this depends on the markets you choose to write to, and how much you choose to write.

Freelance writers income can be used to cover daily living expenses including electricity, gas bills, television licences, food, petrol, phone bills and other small bills. For those that write full time to high paying markets then your freelance writing earnings can stretch a bit further and may be able to pay your mortgage payment and car payment each month. Then there are the professional freelance writers, those that are at the top of the tree, in demand, they can make more than enough to cover living expenses plus a little extra, perhaps buy a holiday villa, an extra car, some beauty treats, designer clothing, the sky is the limit for those freelamce writers.

My freelance writing earnings are not used for my daily bills, instead they are used to invest. Recently I have invested in £100 worth of premium bonds with my freelance writing earnings. These bonds are a safe investment only available to the UK and Channel Islands. They give me 100 chances a month to win cash prizes up to the value of 1 million pounds, pretty good. My freelance writing jobs provide me with residual and active income, which is enough each month to increase my investment in these bonds. I can invest as much as £30 000, which would give me 30 000 chances a month to win, but for now I am considering setting up a standing order to increase my number of premium bonds by £50 each month. Then when my freelance writing earnings increase I can increase my monthly investment.

Freelance writing earnings can also be used to pay off your mortgage quicker and to invest in the stock markets. I use extra money in my salary to pay extra off my mortgage and to invest in the stock exchange. Who knows I may strike it lucky with my premium bonds or else land a high paying client to help me pay off my mortgage quicker.

For freelance writers, whether they use their freelance writing income to pay their bills or invest it really is a worthwhile job.

Where do your freelance writing earnings come from?

Freelance writing is a full time job for many freelance writers while for others like myself it is a way to earn some extra dollars on a monthly basis through both active and passive means.

There are many different types of freelance writer jobs:-

1) Writing for revenue sharing sites such as Helium, Associated Content, Triond, Bukisa. These tend to be the lowest paying freelance writer jobs available to freelance writers, however the competition for these type of jobs is very low.

2) Writing for higher upfront payments on sites such as Constant Content, Personalmoneystore, Brighthub,Demand Studios and others. These sites pay much mroe money and on Constant content you can actually set your own prices as well as the rights to your article.

3) Writing for individual clients. These clients can be found on online job sites such as elance, getafreelancer, odesk, problogger and through forums. If you build up a good reputation and produce quality work then there is a good chance a client will keep returning to you with more work.

4) Google adsense. Earning through google adsense is an excellent way to earn residual income, whether it be from your website, blog, or google adsense revenue sharing sites. My favourite google adsense revenue sharing site has got to be Xomba. I also maintain a niche website, Heart Facts.

5) Paid blogging. Some paid blogging jobs can offer as much as $50 per blog post, a pretty lucrative industry.

6) Writing your own ebook. If you are knowledgable about something then you can share it in an ebook. You can advertise your ebook on your niche specific website or on ebay or affiliate sites such as Clickbank.

These are just some examples of freelance writing jobs online, and the opportunites open to freelance writers. Currently most of my income comes from revenue sharing sites and google adsense.

High Paying Writing Gigs 20th April

This freelance writer jobs blog is all about getting a job in freelance writing. There are many freelance writer jobs out there and I have decided to post high paying freelance writer jobs on a weekly basis to help all you freelance writers earn some dollars.

This week I will consider high paying blogging jobs, that is freelance writing jobs that pay you to blog. I have found several covering several different niches, so there should be something to suit every freelance writer.

Financial Blogger

This particular freelance writing gig requires that you write 6 blog posts ranging in length from 100-600 words, totalling 1400 words for the six posts. The posts concern the Australian economy especially Melbourne, so if you are an Aussie this could be the perfect job for you. Even better is the fact that the payment is $150, so that works out at more than 10 cents a word.

Classified News Blogger

Another high paying freelance writers job offering $20 per 300-400 word post, and $30 for 500 word posts including an image and video. Pay is through paypal and bonuses will be offered to those who achieve high levels of traffic.

Live video education blogger

Offering between $10-$20 for 600 word blog posts. These employers are looking for long term bloggers so if you do a good job you could get a long term freelance writing gig.

Natural Health Blogger

This comes highly recommended. Employers here again are looking for a long term blogger and they are offering $25 per 500-800 word blog post. Their niche is natural healing for digestion and they actually provide you with scientic studies to summarise in your blog post.

I am turning into a XOMBAHOLIC

Xomba is a google adsense sharing site which pays you 50% of your google adsense impressions. Now you may think that you would be better off using your own blogs and websites where you earn 100% of revenue, and yes you are right if you have alot of traffic. How many new sites get hundreds of targeted visitors daily? None, or not very many. With Xomba as soon as you write your post you will get visitors immediately. Then when google indexes your post you may get more and more visitors depending on how popular your post is, and what tags and keywords you have used. The more visitors you get the more chance you will earn through google adsense. I can tell you I earn more from Xomba in one day posting for a few hours than what I do from my pr 1 website in a week, and this is making me post more and more. The reason is traffic!! Xomba xomblurbs and xombytes rank higher in search engines than my website posts as Xomba is a pr 4 whereas my website is only a pr 1. Even better is the fact that I can use Xomba to create back links for my website as a way of driving traffic to my website.

There are several ways to earn on Xomba. Firstly through Xomblurbs. A Xomblurb is a shport snippet of information which lets you share a website, video, blog, article or image. Here is an example of one of my xomblurbs. You can also earn by writing xombytes, which are longer blog posts, of at least 150 words. I tend to write more Xomblurbs as they are much quicker and earn me more than Xombytes believe it or not. Another way to earn is through referrals. You receive 10%of your referral income, and note this does not affect your referral as they still receive the 50% share from Xomba.

I would fully recommend Xomba to anyone as an easy way to earn some adsense revenue. If anyone signs up through my link here, please leave a comment and I will help you earn some money from Xomba. Earning money at Xomba is easier than you think.

My Hubpages Challenge- can you really earn from hubpages?

Everyone loves a challenge and I thought it was about time I started a new one so I am going to call it Hubbing for Adsense. I have been a silent member of Hubpages for a long time creating a hub every other month so now its time to step it up a gear. Yep thats right I am going to try and create as many hubs as possible and monitor how much I make from google adsense impressions on them. I shall add each hub to my adsense URL channels which accurately records traffic and any impressions.

The hubs I will add will each feature one keyword, probably around the area of heart health, making money online, and freelance writing, as these are the areas I know most about. I may throw in a few surprises. I will try and create as many hubs as possible, but remember I have a paid blogging job, and my writing for Helium and Associated Content to keep on top off!!

Does it sound like fun?? Are you going to join me on this Hubbing for Adsense Challenge? Any idea how much I will earn??

Contest will end on June 1st!!

Keep watching for my weekly updates on the number of hubs I have created, how many visitors they are getting and more importantly how much I am earning!

How to get your first job with elance

I got my first freelance writer job at elance, it is a paid blogging job whihc involves writing 5 posts a week on ways to get out of debt. I am so thrilled as I know with these online job sites the first job is the hardest one to get. Then when you complete the job successfully and gain positive feedback other opportunites are much easier to get. In saying that I have had to set my rate very low, much lower than I would like but for future opportunities I will be charging more.

I have so many new freelance writers asking me how to get the first job with sites like elance and truth be told it is difficult. But here are six things you should do

1) Pick a job that matches your skill level, ie if a job you are applying for requires use of html and you dont have html knowledge do not apply.
2) Pick a job that has not got many providers bidding for it
3) Set your pay rate low for your first few assignments, then when you get more feedback you can up your rate.
4) Pick a job where you can provide evidence you are suitable. For example for my blogging job on ways to get out of debt, I provided examples of my articles on helium which were about getting out of debt and saving money.
5) Take the different skills tests.
6) Fill out your profile page.

Good luck on getting your first job with elance.

The end of one forum and the launch of another

For those that have been following my blog you will be aware of my love for destroy debt, a forum which helps people get out of debt. This site also offered monetary compensation for our forum posts, blog comments and blog posts as well as traffic. The admin has now announced that he can not keep up to the revenue sharing payments and has stopped paying for posts as of the 10th April. Goodbye Destroy debt in my case. I may visit now and again, but I will not be busting my guts to do posts there.

For every goodbye there is another Hello, and now I would like to welcome you to a new forum, postparker, which is paying up to 7 cents per forum post and a generous 30% of referral earnings. The site promises to pay bimonthly, on the 1st and 15th of every month. The minimum payout is currently set at $10 but the admin is looking to lower it to $1 to encourage new users. The site is set up to not credit spam, or copied posts, so keep it unique guys and gals.

Pay day is the best day of the month

Today is my favourite day of the month as I have received payments from both Helium and Associated Content.

Helium pays me much more as I receive upfront payments from there too. Currently I am getting $1.50 per article, and $2.50 for those articles with no titles, so it all adds up. I am aiming for my fourth writing star so that I can increase my upfront payments. I have almost made payout from Helium this month already counting my pending upfront payments and daily revenue sharing.

Associated Content, on the other hand just pays me for page views, but I find it really easy to get page views from there, and recently I received 85 views in one day, with only having 27 articles. Imagine when I have a few hundred!! This month on Associated Content I am already half way to reaching payout. I have no doubt that I will reach the 1000 views by the end of next week.

Right I am off to write about pregnancy and high cholesterol while I watch my residual income roll in.

Why I love residual income!!

Residual income is a big part of some freelance writer's income. It is one of the main factors which encourages me to keep writing and writing!!

I will use Associated content as an example of how you can build your earnings up, as they pay $1.50 per thousand views initially.

Say you write one 2 page article daily for one year, this gives you 365 articles. If each of these articles gets viewed once a day then you get 730 page views daily. However this is incredibly unlikely and they are likely to get more than one view a day and may get as many as 10, which would give you 7300 views daily, giving you $10.95 a day and $328 a month. This is good going for only writing 365 articles. The chances are though some of your articles may get 20, 30 or even over 100 views a day!! Think what happens if you write for 2, 3 or even 10 years and increase your article count to 3600, the opportunities are endless.

When you write an article it is important to make it search engine friendly so that the search engines can find it easily. Additionally promote your articles on your blog, add them as a signature on forums and create back links for them. The more you promote the more page views you are likely to get and the more you will earn.

April fools day but no fooling around from this site!!

April the 1st is traditionally known as April Fool's Day where we play pranks on each other so when I received an email to say I have been paid $95 into my paypal I had to log into my paypal account to prove that this site actually pays, and IT DOES. Yep thats right DESTROY DEBT, the site where you are paid to discuss your debt and ways to reduce it actually pays you. I only joined this site 10 days ago and am so pleased to have received such a large amount of cash from them. I will surely stay active on this site now and spread the word to others that DESTROY DEBT PAYS.

Dont get me wrong since the pay is now reduced to no payment for a blog post, and only 2 cents per forum post, and 2 cents per blog comment earnings will be reduced, but I am still confident that in one month time I will be telling you all that I have received another payment for at least $30!! They still pay for views of any forum threads you create and and blog posts you write, and with a rate of $5 for 1000views you surely cannot complain.

The challenge is on, wanna help me reach $30??

Helium.com puts more in my pocket daily than my bank account

Helium.com is earning me money day after day for page views on articles I have written ages ago. On calculation I actually realised I am earning more in revenue share from Helium on a daily basis than I am from my bank account interest. This is a combination of poor interest rates in the bank and greater readership and more articles at Helium.

Anyhow it is another example of the wonders of passive income. Passive income is basically income you earn from activities you are not currently doing any work on. For example a best selling author makes residual income on her previous books whenever they are sold. I love the idea of residual income and I know sites like Helium will continue to pay me for years to come for articles I submitted a year ago. It is indeed very satisfying.

My plan is to develop and multiply my sources of residual income in order to build up greater daily earnings for things I done a long time ago, then I can sit back and watch the money rolling in, well not quite but you get the picture.

Associated Content- can I reach clout 10 by the end of 2009

As you know I love participating in revenue sharing sites and Associated Content is another one where I spend some time. As I am from the UK I do not receive upfront payments on this site so all my articles are submitted as display only and I earn from performance payments. Currently I only have 20 articles published, a clout index of 4, and under 3000 page views and receive $1.50 per thousand views. In order to get to clout 10 and earn $2 per thousand views I need 1 million page views, so I am 998 000 or so short.

However as you are entitled to up to 200% bonus on your page views if you have 200 articles, you can gain clout levels much faster. My page views are currently around 2300 and I have 20 articles so I get 20% bonus on them meaning my clout index is based on 2760 views. As I publish more content more page views will come, and a higher percentage will be added on to my page views. If I had 200 articles I would have over 6000 page views and would be on clout 5.

To get to clout 10 as soon as possible I will be writing 180 more articles relatively quickly. I would only need 333 333 page views with 200 articles to reach clout 10, doesnt seem as bad as 998 000 page views.

Success with Destroy debt forum- Ive made $32 in 4 days!

In my last post I introduced a new paid to post forum I joined, called destroy debt, well I am very pleased to tell you it has worked out very well for me over there. Currently I have over $32 in my account and I have barely posted anything the last few days, and this is due to the work of a few active referrals, thanks to them. I shall be checking out all their blog posts, and forum posts so that they can earn more from their page views. I may as well give them something back in return for their efforts.

Despite this current success of Destroy debt the admin there has had to bring in some changes commencing the 1st April due to a surge in member participation. To be honest many people were abusing the system and posting several 5 word responses to gain their 5 cents, so he has now changed the payment to 2 cents per post in the forum and 2 cents per blog comment, which is still a high rate. Additionally the discussions in the general discussion will not earn you money anymore, as these were not relevant to debt. Blog posts will also not earn you 20 cents anymore as here too people were trying to post as many as possible. However you still can earn a massive $5 per 1000 views of your blog posts, which is more than some sites like today.com pay.

Do not take these changes as bad news as there is still huge potential to earn from this forum. I shall be aiming for $30 a month from this paid to post forum and will spend 30 minutes each day on my destroy debt blog and on the destroy debt forum in order to achieve this.

Helium.com ticking along nicely

Being a relatively new freelance writer means I have to write to several sites in order to see what works best for me. At the minute Helium is the site which is bringing in the most pennies, or should I say dollars. Last month I received a payment of just over $47 for my writing on Helium, I am expecting something similiar or a little better this month even if I do not write any more articles.

The reason for my success on Helium boils down to the fact that I have 3 writing stars so I receive $1.50 per new article I write or $2.50 for empty titles I write to. In addition to this I frequently receive a $3 rating bonus as well as daily page views. In January my page views earned me $2.32, in February $3.72 and this month so far I almost have $5. It just goes to show the more articles you write the more your page views will increase. Currently I have 63 articles and my aim is to have 100 articles by the end of May

For those starting out on Helium you may find it difficult to earn initially but it is possible to earn $100 a month on Helium with just one writing star

Mylot.com brand new way to earn

Mylot.com has recently updated its site with a brand new way to earn. They are calling it the stimulus package and it is supposed to help us mylotters earn more when money is tight. The stimulus package includes tasks, which can be found under the task button on your dashboard. There are many different types of tasks and some examples are given below:-

* Perform a search on a specific keyword on google or yahoo, and find the websites that meet a specific criteria. This task is very easy to do and pays $0.10 or $0.25 for each one. I have already had a $0.25 task approved.
* Write 4 paragraphs which must be 3-4 sentences long on a set of related keywords. This can be done within an hour and pays you a nice $3. I have already had one of these approved.
* Write a plot outline of different movies
* Write a post on a forum, for example I was asked to write one on eye pressure monitoring and link it to a particular post on a blog. This paid $0.70.
* Write reviews of restaurants, shops in a particular area.

There are many more examples of tasks which seem to be added daily. The good news is that payout at mylot.com is still set at $10. With the introduction of these new tasks it should be easy to earn the $10 a month. In fact I may aim for $50 a month starting from next month.

Triond com review - beginner's paradise

Triond was born in summer 2006,and has been going strong ever since making frequent improvements. It is a freelance writing site which pays users 50% of the ad revenue received from yahoo advertising. It was the first proper freelance writing site I submitted articles too and instantly I became addicted to it. It also accepts photographs and pictures,as well as audio.

The writing standards are very varied on Triond and it is a great place for those who want to improve their use of the English language. There are many international members of the site who use it for this purpose. It accepts a large genre of writing including, writing tips, health issues, sci-fi, short stories, humour, cooking tips, sport, music and much more. They normally accept articles within 48 hours of submission.

Probably one of the best things about the site is the fact that it pays out at only 50 cents to your paypal account. Fifty cents is realtively easy to make each month when you have a few articles and photographs. I havent submitted an article to Triond in 6 months and I still receive payouts; one of the benefits of passive income. I believe low minimum payouts are essential for beginners to keep them motivated.

The site is making many improvements of late including a brand new forum where writers can interact with each other and gain feedback on a range of issues. There is also advice on hot topics to write on as well as how to improve your writing; great resources for beginners and professionals alike.

Why you should write for Triond

My first writing gig - paid to post

A year ago I stumbled across work from home jobs on the worldwideweb and one such job involved a paid to post forum called mylot. Mylot was the first online site to pay me for writing. I can still remember my delight when I got my first $10 in my paypal. $10 is not much, but finding a site that pays is very rewarding indeed.

Can you earn more than $10 a month on mylot? Yes you definately can, by either posting alone or else recruiting many referrals. You earn 25% of your referral earnings so it is worth it to find some avid writers who will earn you passive income. Say you had 20 referrals who earned one dollar daily this would mean you would earn $5 just for their efforts. Pretty good for doing nothing!

How do you earn on mylot? You earn by starting and responding to discussions and by uploading images. There is a large range of topics covering everything under the sun, from food to fashion, and health to home. Mylot is a great site to make friends, gain knowledge, receive advice and make money.
